Once the bouquet is delivered you'll get an email from Floom notifying you that these have been delivered.
In the case of the recipient not being at the delivery address, the courier has the delivery instructions you added to the order.
They'll normally leave a card saying where the bouquet is located. If this is a commercial address, please check with reception or the mail room.
If you're still unable to find the bouquet, please contact us via live chat or click here to send us an email and we can obtain proof of delivery to find out where it is. Please allow 56 hours for us to resolve the issue once you raise it.
